The Dog River Golf LInks is a 27 hole course, on Route 247, 2 km off the Trans Canada Highway. It is 10 minutes west of Charlottetown and 10 minutes south-east of Bonshaw Breezes in the scenic community of Clyde River. The 2007 season will feature the opening of 10 new holes that will become part of their new-look course. It will feature a definite links feel as it winds through 5900 feet of unspoiled river views.
It is worthwhile to note that there are 3 courses less than a 15 minute drive from Bonshaw Breezes: Dog River Golf Links, Glen Afton Golf Course, and Country View Golf Club. Belvedere Golf Club and Fox Meadow Golf and Country Club are 20 minutes away. Summerside Golf and Country Club, Glasgow Hills Resort and Golf Club, and Andersons Creek Golf Club are within 30 minutes. The remaining courses are approximately a 45 minute drive.
