We were so lucky to have chosen the Bonshaw Breezes B&B . It was our first visit to the island and the location was excellent. Sharon and Dave are outstanding hosts and their expertise in the best places to visit,shop and eat at were most helpful. We were impressed that they presented us with a vase and flowers from their most impressive garden in celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary. The rooms were beautifully decorated and we loved having the kitchen. The tranquill setiing and the view from breakfast just added to making it a perfect spot and we will certainly recommend the Bonshaw Breezes to our friends and we hope to return sometime in the future. The breakfasts were absolutely exquisite.

Bonshaw Breezes: The Highlight of Your Island Getaway!”

My husband and I immensely enjoyed our stay at Bonshaw Breezes. Our suite was luxurious and beautifully furnished (the jacuzzi tub was much appreciated), and we loved being able to access our own private area of the deck from our room. During the day we enjoyed reading in the deck chairs and watching the hummingbirds and flowers, and at night we celebrated our first anniversary--eating the top of our wedding cake while surrounded by romantic twinkle lights and the fresh PEI breeze. Sharon and Dave made things special by leaving treats in our room each night, and a lovely card at the end of our stay. Each evening, Sharon would show us the breakfast menu for the following day (just to whet our appetites), and we were never disappointed. Waking up to a fine-dining experience certainly made our holiday a memorable one. As we enjoyed a morning cup of tea or coffee over a beautifully set table, she was putting the finishing touches on delicious rhubarb tarts, fluffy omelets, or freshly made muffins. While she worked, she would tell us about each of the local farms and businesses where she purchased her supplies. It was easy to see during our stay at Bonshaw Breezes that Sharon and Dave buy local whenever possible, and that supporting and promoting the local agricultural economy is very important to them. We left their B&B not only refreshed and relaxed, but better informed about local agricultural products, and will definitely be repeat visitors both to PEI and to Bonshaw Breezes.

Dear Sharon and Dave- Thanks so much for such a relaxing stay here at Bonshaw Breezes. The wedding made life hectic, and it made our day to know that we could leave the chaos and come back here for a peaceful rest and delicious breakfast. Our only regret is that we weren/t able to spend more time here. Thanks for the champagne. We celebrated our first anniversary on the deck when we got in last night. THANKS!

We wanted to get away from the frenzy along the New England coast, so we looked into PEI.
Although a long drive from southern NE, it is well worth the effort. The Island is beautiful and staying at Bonshaw Breezes is the icing on the cake.
This is the difference between staying in a "room" and staying "with" someone. Its huge. Sharon and Dave definately have a gift for making you feel comfortable quickly. Not every guest is the same and they understand this and give touring & sightseeing advice accordingly.
We were also refreshed with the quiet, comfortable and tranquil atmosphere at BB.
Breakfast(s)? Outstanding. The stuffed french-toast will do you in!
This was our first trip to PEI. The stay at Bonshaw Breezes has already got us thinking about the next.
We are among the overwhelming majority of their guests that hated to leave.

"Sharon and Dave, to say thank you is not enough. Where to start....Of course the breakfasts are fabulous! We don't often get away, so staying with someone can be intimidating-not so with Sharon and Dave. They made us feel very welcome and at home. This was the perfect choice for our 25th. Anniversary-so much so that Maria is already talking about "when we come back" :) Our warmest thanks to Sharon and Dave.You made us feel so welcome in your beautiful home. We stayed four nights at the Bonshaw Breezes B&B, July 15-19. We are so glad we chose this property and this location, about 10 minute drive west of Charlottetown. It was the perfect location from which to explore all of PEI. Sharon and Dave Moore were the perfect hosts. I'm pretty particular about where we stay and this place lived up to all the great reviews we read online. We stayed in the Morning Glory Suite in the main house. It was beautifully decorated and luxurious. The queen bed was very comfortable with lovely bedding. Huge bathroom with large jacuzzi tub as well as separate shower and (this was wonderful) double sinks in the bathroom! The place was spotless and Kim who cleaned our room daily did an excellent job.
Our room opened up onto a deck where we could sit and view the surrounding hillsides (Bonshaw is up on a hill) and Sharon's beautiful gardens. We enjoyed the many hummingbird feeders, busy all day. We enjoyed a hot tub soak our first evening, it was nice to have that available. Breakfasts were great, Sharon always prepared a fruit parfait course followed by a hot entree and fresh baked breads.
Each day we had new fresh flowers from Sharon's gardens in our room. Each day she surprised us with a little surprise in the room from chocolates to a bottle of champage and a pretty vase to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. If we're ever back on Prince Edward Island we'll absolutely stay at the Bonshaw Breezes B&B. They've thought of everything to make your stay comfortable, even had beach chairs, towels and park passes available for guests. We'll cherish the memories of this very special place.
