There's nothing quite like juicy, fresh, pears in the fall on Prince Edward Island!
- 1-1/2 cups vanilla yogurt (pear yogurt is also great)
- 2 cans (15-1/4 ounces each) sliced pears, well drained (I use fresh pears in season)
- 1-1/4 cups granola
- Place three to four pear slices each in four parfait glasses; top each with 2 tablespoons granola and 3 tablespoons yogurt. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with remaining granola. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 4 servings. Prep/Total Time: 10 min.
