This rating indicates exceptional quality in all areas of facilities and services offering superior quality throughout the property in areas of guestrooms, bath and common areas. The property typically provides laundry/valet service as well as many additional amenities.
Where the quality of facilities is superior, a property may be awarded a half-star above its criteria rating, ie. a four star property may warrant a 4½ star rating, depending on the overall quality assessment.

Our rates are neither the highest nor the lowest to be found on Prince Edward Island, but represent excellent value for the quality of accommodations provided. Reservation Policy:

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be cancelled a minimum of 2 weeks prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled 13 days or less prior to arrival will be charged 1 night's accommodation/50% of multiple day stays, $25 administration fee for all cancellations.
Conditions:
A charge of $500.00 for cleaning and refurbishing will be added should you decide to smoke in your room. This cost will cover repainting, shampooing of rugs, dry cleaning of all bedding and the labor required to return the room to the condition that we intend to provide for our non smoking guests.
